thanks a lot so with the $20 that I put in for the air for the tire you should be able to get some change back because the gas station down the street is cheap and it doesn’t take $20 to fill this up. I filled it halfway thank you I will rent again. Maybe today I wish I can keep this car longer.

Everything was smooth for the most part, finding the car was tricky as messages were unclear for the row. The number to call upon arriving wasn’t helpful as we had bad cell coverage and calls dropped.
Drop off in the Turo section was not allowed due to no pin or tag so we had to circle in economy and find a different spot. Directions for return are not accurate as there was no lockbox and we were instructed to leave car fob and ticket in the car unlocked.
The car drove fine and fit our needs for a few days, but it is in dire need of a steam cleaning and has a hint/smell of smoke (air fresheners are empty) and has what appears to be a cigarette hole in backseat. it didn’t particularly bother us, but just in case you have a sensitive sense of smell that might be important to know.
Communication was good overall and messages responded to quickly.

Unfortunately, my experience with this rental was disappointing. The vehicle was not properly cleaned before pickup, and it had a strong cigarette smoke odor throughout the interior. The smell was noticeable as soon as I entered the car and made the drive uncomfortable. I ended up purchasing air fresheners and car plug-ins at my own expense just to make the vehicle bearable during my trip. I would recommend that the host thoroughly clean and deodorize the vehicle between rentals to provide a better experience for future guests.
