Vehicle pick up was on time and as expected. Host communication was excellent. Responded quickly and clearly. Pleasant to rent from and wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

We rented the Honda Pilot. Pickup consisted of going to a shop to pick up the key, then walking a couple of blocks over to pick up the car. The inside of the car was very clean. The outside of the car had significant damage which was not disclosed to us prior to renting the car. The photos on the listing did not match the cars condition. It would’ve been totally fine if this had been disclosed to me prior to picking up the car. Otherwise, the car drives great and worked out for my family for the weekend.
