I thought something g was wrong with the breaks because it took longer than it should for them to make vehicle stop so I messaged host and they let me know brakes had just been redone which explained the delay in stopping. But when there was a studded every time you hit the gas prolly a spark
Plug or etc. they told me to bring the car back 3 days early and that would
Not work with what I had going on plus they did not have another vehicle to switch into . They were very rude about it as well. On top of that when I went to extend trip just an hour because of traffic they wanted to charge me over $300 which is what or just about what we paid to rent the vehicle for almost a week 6 days!!! Would not give any discount etc. I would not rent vehicle from them ever again! Experience was awful never mind the. Vehicle was NOT up to standards !
We take the safety and reliability of our vehicles very seriously.
New Brakes: The brakes were brand new. 4 different customers have since driven it with zero complaints.
Unfounded Claims: The guest continuously complained about non-existent issues.
Refused Return: When asked to return the vehicle, she refused and instead demanded a discount.
We are always happy to accommodate legitimate concerns, but we don't issue discounts when a guest claims a vehicle is unsafe yet refuses to return it.

Amazing amazing amazing she was a wonderful host. She was very kind and very specific with everything and she helped me a lot with been in the car and very flexible with her meet up and very flexible with any questions you have due with the car.
