Some delay and lack of communication during pickup which caused stress. Vehicle was a little worn and dated with no power locks or power windows but sufficient for our purposes. Will not rent again in the future.

Jeep was perfect for what I wanted driving around and exploring NM 🙂

The car got us where we needed to go, but we did experience a few issues. The driver-side door would not unlock properly, so we had to use the passenger-side door to unlock it. Additionally, the seats were stained, the interior was dusty, and the phone mount attached to the window was unstable.
