Car is nice and clean. AC works like a champ! I wish the windows were tinted and or had a car window reflector for keeping it as cool as possible. Does seem to shift hard at times.

The vehicle was clean, and pickup and drop-off were both very easy and convenient. The host was friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout the trip.
We did experience a tire issue during our rental. Turo roadside assistance responded, and the host was communicative and helpful in coordinating with the tire shop so we could continue our trip with minimal disruption. The reason for the 4-star rating is that the tire inspection performed during the repair showed tread depths below Turo’s stated minimum standards. The tire shop expressed significant safety concerns about continuing to drive on tires with such low tread depth, which was concerning to us while traveling with our young children. We appreciated the host’s communication and assistance throughout the situation, but we believe the tires should have been replaced sooner.
