Car was wonderful for our short trip. The owner was polite but just didn’t go the extra mile. We have never had a rental with this company that requires pick up at the owners house or offers airport pick up or drop off but charges $100 each way. This just caused a major inconvenience to our time. We asked to drop off at the airport but the owner said we would still have to drive 20 minutes past the airport to pick up the owners lock box for the key. At that point we just called an uber, anyways, just very inconvenient for us.
Just wanted to clarify we charge only $50 total including delivery and pickup. The guest changed and wanted to drop off the car at the airport instead of where he picked it up from which would require a lockbox for the key which was not in the car but was offered. Prior to the trip there was a discussion about delivery as an option and unfortunately there are airport fees that turo adds not the host so the guest opted for no delivery prior which totaled with airport fees $90 not $100 each way

Responsive host. Had low tire pressure and host had solution if needed.
Car is maintained extremely well in like new condition. Guest picked up a nail in the sidewall of the tire 3 days into his trip and we as a courtesy didn't charge the guest for damage he incurred although it cost a warranty charge of $65 to replace the tire.
