Pickup was quick and efficient from the airport. The vehicle itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely rent from them again. The host was quick to respond, and easy to work with.

The car was great the first day or so, but by the second day it started making a loud noise when accelerating, and a little less loud when in idle. It sounded like a go-cart. We notified the host and they quickly came to check the vehicle out, but unfortunately they did not have another 7 passenger vehicle at their disposal. Our only option would have been to return the vehicle and process another rental through Turo, which would have been too much of a hassle, so we just kept the car for the remainder of the rental. Other than the loud sound, the car was fine and the hosts were great. They did mention they had just purchased the vehicle.
