In town for a wedding and came across this beautiful X7. I saw a bad review about the car isn’t clean but totally ignore that! The car was super clean and the car drives great! 10/10!

The BMW X7 itself was a very nice vehicle and served our trip well. The pickup instructions were clear, and the hosts were responsive at the beginning of the reservation.
Unfortunately, the overall experience was affected by the condition of the vehicle at pickup and how the reimbursement issue was handled afterward. When we picked up the vehicle, the exterior was very dirty and appeared as though it had been sitting for some time. In fact, the exterior was cleaner when I returned it than it was when I received it because I paid $15 out of pocket to have the outside washed.
There was also an unexpected $80 parking fee to exit the airport lot. I received only a small refund of $13.39 and asked that the remaining parking fee be addressed, along with the $15 I spent washing the vehicle after pickup. Initially, I was told the host would work with Turo on the refund, but later I was told no refund would be provided because they claimed there was sand throughout the inside of the vehicle.
For context, I rented this vehicle for a downtown wedding. My wife and I used it to drive our mothers, who are both in their 70s. I hardly feel that any minor residual sand from getting in and out of the vehicle justifies denying reimbursement for the parking fee, especially when the vehicle’s exterior was dirty when I received it and I paid to have it cleaned.
The vehicle itself was nice, but the cleanliness at pickup and the post-trip handling of the reimbursement concern were disappointing.

I wish we could post photos to the review thread to hold you accountable for how the communication never fell short throughout the entire trip. Our job is to provide you with a vehicle that is safe, clean and fits your needs. For you to fabricate a fictitious story does not shock me at all. You left a tremendous amount of sand in the vehicle upon your drop off and failed to post those photos to your trip portal. Unfortunately, we are not in the business to offer a free service.
