The vehicle did not handle well and had a bad smell, which was surprising for a Mercedes. I learned it is only a $23k car. Host has ratty cheap seat and steering wheel covers, with tears and holes. The host also expected, and put in their checkout remarks after I paid, that they required me to take it to a car wash and vacuum it, which is contrary to the TOS and advertising through TURO. This organization seems foreign operated as its processes start to finish are substandard to American values, ethics, rules and laws.

We believe this review may be retaliatory, as the guest expressed frustration with Turo's driver verification requirements before the trip began. The request to submit a driver's license is a standard Turo policy, not a host requirement. This appears to be dissatisfaction with Turo's process rather than the vehicle or hosting experience. This is our first negative review from a first-time Turo renter.

Raymond and Krystal were very gracious and quick to respond to any questions and concerns. The car drives really smooth especially in winter conditions (think snow/rain mix) and we had a great time. Highly recommend!
