Terrible from the beginning…had his brother meet me to drop off the car - he was rude and unprofessional! Demanded my driver license and checked it with a light to see if it was real. Ended up deciding to drop the car off early and get a car with another person.

Unfortunately, the review appears to be based on that interaction rather than the actual condition of the vehicle. We have documentation and photos that reflect the vehicle’s condition at the time of rental We won’t engage in negativity, but we do want to respectfully clarify the facts. Exactly as pictured; very clean and reliable. Great vehicle to have to take out to the WA islands and through the state parks. No problems whatsoever! Smooth and efficient ride! Would gladly rent again.

The low beams and reverse lights are not actually out. I replaced the original halogen bulbs with LED bulbs. Since the LEDs draw less current than the halogen bulbs, the vehicle’s computer detects the lower load and incorrectly thinks the bulbs are burned out.
