Car and host were absolutely amazing!! He deserves the 5 stars. I have a problem with the cars being advertised as ‘at the airport’ with all fees included. Then when you purchase, you learn there is a $70 delivery fee and had to pay $37 to exit the parking structure. That is the definition of bait and switch. It’s also against the transparency acts that exist so your all in pricing practice is unethical. I am a loyal Turo user and this has changed my position.

I was almost an hour late in meeting at the delivery/pick-up location, but Roger was kind enough to come back and deliver the vehicle.
Rental was clean, smooth drive, and great on gas!

Vehicle ran well for being almost 150k but cracked windshield in multiple spots, squeaky brakes and intermittent AC was annoying.
