The car was in a remote pick up location which was helpful. It drove smooth and fit 5 adults, 1 child with 2 bags each. Pick up and drop off process was easy. The host was very easy to work with and answered all of our questions as it was our first time using Turo! I definitely recommend and will be using again!!

No issues picking up the car and the host was responsive when reaching out. Rating 3 stars because we had issues with the car. We noticed a smell coming from the ac when we picked up the car but since we dont know about cars we didnt think much of it. Left it to maybe an old air filter. However, after having the car a full 24 hours the ac smelt like burning fuel or fuilds. We immediately turned off the ac and returned to the Airbnb. When we pulled up to the Airbnb we noticed fresh stains on the driveway. After my moms husband arrived a few hours later to the Airbnb and looked at the car there was no oil left in the car. The host was responsive when informing them of the issue and is arranging a tow to pick up the car. We had dinner reservations yesterday that we were unable to make since we didn't feel comfortable driving the car. We only drove 151 miles.

We were able to arrange a last minute weekend vehicle pick up from your airbnb, but I have to clarify that you damaged the Highlander. Whatever you hit broke part of the exhaust and the upper oil pan, causing thousands of dollars in damage. You then continued driving the vehicle until almost all of the oil drained from the engine. Fortunately, I do not think we have to replace the entire motor. I chose not to leave you a review assuming this was a mistake, please be more careful while driving.
Everything ran smooth, it was clean and well kept.
