Outstanding rental experience from start to finish! The 2023 Cadillac Escalade ESV was immaculate, luxurious, and drove beautifully throughout our trip around Palm Springs and Newport Beach. It was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The spacious interior made for a comfortable ride, and the SUV was fully loaded with great features. The host was professional, responsive, and made both pickup and drop-off quick and effortless. Communication was excellent, and everything was seamless from booking to return. It was half the price of the big name car rental companies. Travis was responsive when we had questions. The car was as described and worked perfectly for our trip. Knowing that we had plenty of miles included with the rental was a relief. I would definitely rent from Travis again.

These people are the BEST. It’s easy to be a good host when things go well. It’s when they don’t that you can really tell. While on my trip, the windshield got an overnight temperature-related crack. They were awesome, working with me and Turo, and quickly swapped out the car. I’ll be using them again when I’m back next year.

Awesome trip! Mercedes was great for my family. Lots of room and in great condition. Ice cold AC and cooling seats for the 115 degree July weather! Matthew and his crew were spot-on with communication and clarity. Will be using him again on my next trip!

This was the perfect Turo rental for our Palm Springs trip. Car was clean and easy to locate upon pickup. Backup camera on car was not working, but otherwise, just as described.
Host was very accommodating. He met us at the airport drop off line so we didn't have to pay for parking. Car was basic, but price was very competitive and it everything we needed to enjoy our family vacation. Lots of space for our luggage, and has wired Apple CarPlay and Android Auto!
