Host was great. Very convenient pick up and drop off. Great vehicle but it has a lot of miles on it. Great value for the price though. Would rent again.

Vehicle was not where marked in parking lot on Turo app. Said the vehicle was parked in the parking lot but I had to ask the owner to call me because it was not parked where it was listed. And we had to run to the very back of the parking lot, in the gravel, to find it. It was very frustrating trying to navigate and hunt for it, with 2 teens, an infant and toddler, while being 6 months pregnant.
The vehicle needs to be moving for the ac to run cold. Rolled the windows down for cool air, was colder than the ac in the vehicle. Mentioned this to the host and said we could leave the vehicle at our Airbnb in Orem, the second day so they can pick it up to get checked. So did not drive it the majority of the trip due to this. Our infant and toddler became hot during sitting periods in the vehicle.
The middle console compartment where the charging station is, does not stay in an open position. Mentioned this to the owner, he had no clue what I was talking about.
Had to Press down on the brakes very hard to engage the braking. decided to return the vehicle earlier than the expected return time- returned at 930 am and original return time was for 4pm.
Nothing was done about the ac through the duration of our stay. Had to rent another vehicle the second day, with the expectation that the host would pick up the vehicle to get the ac checked on. He never arranged for anything.
I am sorry to hear that , guess said the acc is not working properly, but they had the controller set at 88 , it is a Cadillac I understand but I feel before someone do that to us as a guest write a review like that may be some newer car they should go on you tube to learn the car function. As for the airport she mentioned the had trouble finding the car the she came at 10 pm , we don’t even have a specific place I always try to park as close at the exit door but that night the parking was full
