Thanks for your feedback! We treat your complaint our first priority. However, upon comprehensive inspection, we couldn’t replicate the issues you had reported, including the smell and handling issues you described as “drive loosely”. This is a plug in hybrid vehicle. It switches between gas engine and the electric motor automatically. This is probably why you felt it drive differently. Just a recommendation, reach out to host as soon as an issue is identified so we can help in a timely manner.
