Loved driving this 2025 4Runner, and Eric made the whole process so easy! He went above and beyond my expectations by giving me super detailed instructions on how to find the lot where the car was parked - and how to get there! Checked in to make sure everything was going well, and gave me an easy return location. I'd give 10 stars if I could, and will definitely be renting from him again when I'm in Chicago!
