This was my first experience with Turo, and it couldn’t have gone better. Eric made it super easy and straight forward to pick up the car, right outside of baggage claim. What a delight to not worry with the typical rental car counter and transport. The car was also top-notch. Despite heavy rain during our trip, I felt very safe with my toddler. Excellent experience overall.

Our Chicago trip was truly one to remember, and it's largely due to our great rental experience. The 2026 Subaru Outback is a great vehicle overall. Made our drive around greater Chicago a breeze. It handles a group and languages well. Vehicle mileage and condition went a long way which impressed us during each use.
