Best rental experience ever! Eric was extremely communicative, and gave detailed instructions so finding and picking the car was super easy! The car was clean and in great condition, exactly as described! We would definitely rent from Eric again!

Eric was so incredibly helpful - I couldn’t have asked for a better host! He asked for our flight information beforehand, reached out to us, was communicative while our flight was delayed, and gave clear instructions for retrieving the car. We also had an incident (backed into a car pole), and he was very reasonable and responsive about the incident.
The car was also incredible - very spacious and comfortable even for five to six adults (including two tall men). Very easy to drive even in Chicago. Smooth ride. Many compliments on the quality of the rental.

I highly recommend Eric and his vehicle. He really came through last minute after an issue with our rental, and I’m so happy that it happened that way. The car was immaculate and spacious and his instructions to find it were detailed. We would rent again if ever back in the area.
