I had an excellent experience with this rental car during my 11-day trip. The car was clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and performed perfectly throughout the entire rental period. It was reliable for city driving making the trip very convenient and enjoyable.

Host was great! Very responsive, informative and helpful. The car was good for the most part, only issue was turn signal was out which is definitely a safety hazard. Eric wasn't able to fix the issue immediately but I believe if I were nearby he would have sorted it out with no hesitation. He seemed open to discussing options regarding some kind of refund for the inconvenience. I'm very pleased overall and would rent again
