The car was spotless when it was dropped off to us, and the entire rental process was smooth and easy. Shanna offered optional beach equipment to rent with the car, and we were so glad we added the beach wagon, chairs, and umbrella. They made our beach days so much more convenient and enjoyable. She was right on time for both drop-off and pickup, communicated clearly throughout the entire process, and was incredibly helpful from the moment I made the reservation. Thank you, Shanna! We would definitely rent from you again.
