I had a great experience with this host and would absolutely recommend her. She was incredibly kind, friendly, professional, and very easy to communicate with throughout the entire rental.
I booked the reservation very late, around midnight the night before, so I completely understood that she needed a little extra time to get the vehicle ready. Despite the short notice, she was able to have the car cleaned, prepared, and ready for me within about an hour.
She was also very accommodating regarding the slight delay in pickup. Since I wasn’t able to receive the vehicle exactly at the original reservation time, she was more than willing to work with me and allowed some additional time at the end of the rental to make up for it, which I really appreciated.
Overall, she was extremely courteous, understanding, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. Excellent communication and customer service from beginning to end. I would happily rent from her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great Turo host. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The car clearly needs to be fixed. It shakes noticeably when coming to a stop, which makes braking feel unstable and concerning. On top of that, it makes a loud noise while driving, which only adds to the discomfort and raises concerns about its overall condition.
