Do not recommend booking this vehicle. Handle of one of the doors completely popped off seemed like it was previously broken and just put back in place. Normal force was used and it came out way too easy. Thought I’d do the right thing and notify the owner and leave it off so that it could be fixed for the next person instead of just popping it back on myself.. That was an expensive mistake.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, Rebecca, I inspect all my vehicles before every single handover, and all the door handles were solid and working fine at pickup. While Turo policy holds guests accountable for damage that happens during a reservation, I thought I was being fair when I offered to cover half the repair bill myself. The door handle has since been fully replaced by a certified mechanic, and we look forward to continuing to provide top-quality safe vehicles for our guests
