Outstanding experience from start to finish. The 2026 Expedition Max was practically brand new, spotless, and perfect for our girls' trip through Maine.
Christian was an exceptional host. He met us at the airport parking lot when we arrived, answered our questions, and made pickup incredibly easy. Throughout the trip, he checked in to make sure everything was going well and was always responsive and professional.
It's clear that Berg & Bay takes great pride in both their vehicles and their customer experience. The entire process was seamless, stress-free, and exceeded our expectations.
