There certainly was an unexpected technical issue caused by a temporary loss of satellite connectivity, which unfortunately delayed the unlocking of the vehicle. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, especially when it involved something as invaluable as your time.
That’s why, throughout the entire situation, I made sure communication remained consistent and proactive and stayed fully available to assist until everything was resolved.
