Car pickup was simple and convenient, just as described. Drop off equally the same. Car itself was not as expected. It reeked of smoke. That is our only complaint. Really hard to tolerate riding in a car for a long drive, smelling that way.

The car was great. Loved the moon roof. Location was close to airport. The only downside was the smell of the dumpsters upon return while doing the checkout process, but that had nothing to do with the car or the renter, just my sensitive nose.

The car had some issues and it definitely wasn’t the Turo experience I’m used to at all. The car was smoky upon rental and then after driving it for about a day it became evident that the brakes were in reallllly bad condition ( scraping and grinding even) and the right window was jiggly and loose. The seatbelt sensor would randomly go off even though all seatbelts were secured and would ding for entire car trips. I can’t say I’d rent this car again and I will be thinking long and hard before renting from Turo at all again.
