Great car and host!

Good Car, it doesn’t have any issue

I had to pay $120 to get out of the parking ramp at the airport. When I reached out to the host, they would not resolve the issue. They accused me of lying about the charge, even though I had a receipt.

I messaged host to confirm pickup was at trimet,host told me car was lost and the last person wasn’t responding… finally 3 hours later the host was able to locate the car and insisted airport pick up ,while the host did provide a uber I ran into an array of issues it was quite hard to navigate through the airport where I was dropped off , I wasn’t sent the code to get in the car in a timely matter , I was greeted with a 30 dollar parking ticket to get out of the gate.. I msged the host and he assured me 3 times id be refunded but every time I asked how I was ignored . Upon turning on the car the
tire air looked low and the tire pressure signal was on , after a day of being ignored I called Turo to rectify the issue and the host also wouldn’t talk to them , but it did alert them enough to answer me and I asked for a call , the co-host was very rude and did not all care about my frustrations making rude remarks. When I asked about the refund for parking he yelled and said he couldn’t do anything until the trip was done and I told him that could have been communicated when I asked 3 times. Car was ok but overall customer service from the host was sad .
