I really value a clean car and good communication from the person I am renting from. Vu made sure the car was spotless in and out. He was very clear in his communication on how to find the car at the PDX airport and where to return it 3 weeks later. During the trip in incurred a bit of body damage. He has been gracious in dealing with it with me.
I would rent from him again.
