The car was fabulous, Clean, full tank of gas, ready to go. They worked with me on both the pick up and drop off which really helped us. I would definitely book this car again.

I enjoyed using this car for my recent portland trip. It was a smooth experience and a great rental. The only issue I had was that I booked this car on the perspective that the car was going to be dropped off to me at the airport. However, the day of me picking the car up that changed and I was told to uber to a location to pick up the car. That wasn't much of an issue until the owner requested me to pay an additional amount off of the app (which is against the terms) to be able to pick the car up at the airport and to drop it off at the airport. I felt uncomfortable at the location dropping the car off especially as a single-woman traveler and just felt that it was unexpected. Overall I would absolutely book again if given clear instructions that there was not airport pick up. It should be explicitly listed that airport pickup is only offered IF paying an additional fee.
