Pickup at PDX was smooth and the Model Y was clean and easy to drive. Unfortunately, we experienced a flat tire from a puncture during the trip, which led to some complications with Turo Roadside Assistance. Stephs Rental Service was responsive and helpful throughout the situation, including helping locate the vehicle and assisting with retrieving my personal belongings. I appreciate their communication and cooperation.

This Tesla was great, clean and fully charged. This was my first trip to Portland in decades and the directions to the parking lot were great. I took many photos especially the rims that a previous driver damaged to make sure I didn’t get charged. I will definitely use them again.
