10/10 experience! The host went above and beyond from start to finish. Communication was incredibly fast, and they were helpful every step of the way. The add-ons were absolutely worth it and made the trip even better. Everything was exactly as described, and the entire process was seamless. Easy pickup, drop off, and communication. Car has some minor cosmetic and functional damage that triggered alerts while driving, but nothing that hampered our trip. Also, it’s a 9 year old car, set your expectations accordingly! Overall would rent this vehicle again.
Thanks for the feedback. Just got this car and didn’t notice that from the dealer. They since set up our appointment for (first appointment) 2 weeks out since they confirmed it’s safe to drive.
