I had an absolutely fantastic experience renting this Model X. The vehicle was in excellent condition, clean, well-maintained, and everything was exactly as described. It was a pleasure to drive, and you could tell the car was well cared for.
The pickup location and process were smooth and convenient, and communication throughout the trip was excellent.
The host was truly amazing—gracious, accommodating, responsive, and incredibly easy to work with. They went above and beyond to make the entire experience as seamless as possible and were genuinely understanding when I needed some flexibility. I really appreciated how kind and accommodating they were.
Overall, this was an outstanding rental experience from start to finish. Great car, great host, and great communication. I would absolutely rent from this host again and highly recommend them to anyone considering the Model X!

I’ve rented from Ana several times now, and every experience has been excellent. Her cars are always spotless, well-maintained, and in excellent condition—the tires even looked brand new. She was also very helpful with charging tips and tricks, which made driving an EV simple and stress-free. I always feel confident renting from her and will definitely be booking with her again in the near future. Highly recommend!
