This was my first experience with a Rivian vehicle. I have to say I'm glad that I rented Phillip's R1. Our family trip was amazing, from the pickup to the drop off. Phillip was very responsive during the trip if/we had any questions about charging, etc... . Phillip receives 10 stars and I highly recommend him!!!
