Pick up and drop off was easy and the hosts were responsive. The car was clean and aesthetically beautiful. However, it did not run smoothly. The car had a bumpy and unsteady acceleration the whole 2 days and the brakes were extremely squeaky, so it did not feel like I was driving a well maintained luxury car.
