Overall easy process. However, 3 hours into our trip, we were pulled over by state troopers who said the car was reported stolen. The car had been reported stolen but apparently was found. Just seems a bit odd to have that happen and not take proper steps to handle the issue before someone gets accused of stealing your car.
Other than that it was great.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and stress this caused during your trip. The vehicle had been mistakenly reported as stolen, and we understand how upsetting it must have been to be stopped by state troopers. This was an unfortunate situation, and we appreciate your patience. We take this matter seriously and apologize for the disruption to your trip.
