Car was great, host was responsive and helpful and it was everything we needed!

Car was clean and smelled nice.

Host had great communication on locating the vehicle. Easy pick up and drop of process. Car ran excellent was great to drive.

pick up of the car was not smooth at all. I informed the host that our flight was delayed and would be running late. Once landed I let them know that we were on our way to pick up the vehicle. I was told what floor and what row the car would be parked in. The host admitted that it was parked in long-term parking and we were already out at the short-term parking so we had to go back into the airport and then walk out to long-term parking. Once we got to the car, took all of our photos via the app. Then had to ask for a code to be able to unlock the car instead of it being offered. Once we got in the car we had to pay a $24 parking ticket. I understand per Turo advisement there could be a parking ticket that needed to be paid which I have no problem, but it was never advised about it. According to Tito’s policy the host is to let us know that there is a parking ticket that would need to be paid. Once that was all taken care of we drove onto the freeway, the airbag light came on the tire sensor came on as well as the passenger side seatbelt light kept flashing even though she was buckled in. Pulled over to make sure the car tires had air to make it to our destination,. checked the tires first thing in the morning to make sure that they were still aired up and realized that the front two tires were bald and barely had any tread on them. Related all this information to the host which intern told me that the car was inspected by Firestone. I don’t believe with it being checked with all these lights going off and as bald as the tires were that it was given the OK to be driven. I basically paid to park this car for the three days that I had it on my trip. I had family members and friends loan me their vehicles to be able to get around. Not the best experience with this.
