The car was okay, the check engine light kept coming on intermittently, it occasionally had a rough idle, the front brakes were excessively squeaky, & the positive battery terminal was loose and caused the car to not start at pickup, and caused the car to lose power completely while we were driving it which was super scary, but the hosts communication, and willingness to help made up for the minor mishaps we experienced during our trip. I was able to get the positive terminal tightened down really well after adding a little metal “shim” and had no further issues after that. This was my third car I have rented from Jacob, & he is always very accommodating, helpful, & responsive. The pickup & drop off location is extremely convenient and straightforward, & I will definitely rent from him again in the future.

Terrible experience. First, the car was not where it was it would be. I had to pay money to go to the airport pick up the car which was not charged for a full day. The tank wasn’t even full. It was less than a third. On top of that the owner wants delivered get a charge me for unexpected things and even charge for a smoking thing which the previous driver had done most likely because I did not smoke so I need a full refund for the $150 in my account because I had rejected and yet you still charge me again Terrible service no professionalism no communication do not use . Call so much stress inconvenience and required my rescheduling of client meetings.
