While the vehicle was nice, it was not worth the 2 hours we spent attempting to charge it. The host was responsive, but lacked the knowledge of how to charge the vehicle. Ultimately, the communication turned rude and we had to leave the vehicle at our hotel for the host to pick up. The lack of a convenient way to recharge this vehicle, and the rude nature of the host, was the reason for the poor review.
We must correct the record: the IONIQ 9 is a fully electric vehicle, clearly stated on our listing before booking. We were responsive and guided you through charging remotely. When you abandoned the vehicle at your hotel, we retrieved it at our own time and expense and requested fair compensation — which you refused. We were never rude; we became firm when asked to absorb costs from a situation entirely of your own making. Our 4.79 rating across 71 reviews speaks for itself.
