The trip started off a little rocky with a dirty car & not fully charged. The host made it right with a discount & very good communication. It was a really nice vehicle otherwise

Super fun ride! I want one. Essentially brand new, easy to drive and solid EV mileage. Took it from PDX to the coast with no stress. Great communication as well. Highly recommend.

NEVER AGAIN. Was left locked outside with my wife and 5 month old for 30 minutes on top of the parking garage in the sun. Not included the noise from the planes. Can you imagine surviving a 2 1/2 hour flight from PHX to PDX with your baby, to then beeing locked out of your vehicle for 30 minutes? Getting the vehicle to the right location was a NIGHTMARE the day before our travel to top it off.
This company/people are liars and won't do anything they say DO NOT RENT FROM THEM.

For context: this was booked through Turo's official airport delivery to PDX, staged in advance with remote unlock, no key handoff needed. We sent full instructions ahead of time and stayed in touch by message through pickup day for the license verification Turo requires.
