Terrible customer service. Host poorly communicative. Poor instructions on how to reach long term parking garage (purple). Dirty vehicle conditions. Issue with midconsole reported to owner and owner became defensive. Not recommended due to poor service and disruption of travel plan and inconvenience due to procedure to swap vehicle and owner for better service.
Hi Mario. As you confirmed via message, the minor console issue did not affect driving or safety. You chose to return the car less than 24 hours into the trip without requesting a swap or allowing us to resolve it. Our questions were standard procedure to document an issue not present at delivery, not defensiveness. We're always willing to help guests when given the chance.
