The vehicle’s condition and fuel level were documented with timestamped trip photos. The additional charge was processed through Turo because the vehicle was returned with less fuel than provided. We have asked Turo to review the documentation and the unrelated one-star category ratings.
Great rental car experience! The car was clean, comfortable, and drove smoothly the entire trip. Pickup and drop-off were quick and easy. Definitely would rent again!
