Nice clean car. Good first experience with an ev. It was nice to be able to pay the extra $20 to return the car with at least 30 miles left in the battery and not to have to worry about fully recharging it.

We had an incident with the electric vehicle that left us stuck at Mt Hood for over 4 hours. The host was nice enough to replace the vehicle for us.
Diamond, it's unfortunate that you chose to run the battery of the car down while you were parked at Mt. Hood. Using accessories like heat, lights, wifi and music will deplete an electric car battery just like it will on an internal combustion engine car. We strive to go above and beyond in our customer service.
