Car was great, pick-up was easy, and so were the comms. I will say that while this car is technically considered an SUV, it does not feel like it size-wise. More like a sedan hatchback. Otherwise all was as-described.

My hours are 8am to 10pm as stated in the Turo listing availability.
This extension request came in right at the scheduled return time, and unfortunately an after-hours return isn’t something I can offer — keys can’t be left in the cars overnight.
I’ve had two vehicles stolen from the lot, so the 10pm cutoff protects everyone.
I offered a next-morning return and reached out by message and by phone to work something out, but didn’t hear back.
Sorry we couldn’t find a solution that worked.
