Wonderful from start to finish! Right from the jump... as soon as I booked i had questions regarding border crossing as I was going to travel a few states plus cross into Canada. Andrei quickly responded and eased my concerns. I booked airport pickup and return. The location and instruction were easy to follow. Car was very clean and matched profile. I especially loved the sun roof and gas saved from vehicle being hybrid. It was perfect for a multi state, multi week trip. 13/10 recommend and would book the vehicle and/or with Andrei again!
