Car was clean and pick up/drop off was easy. Had some problems with the key during our trip but Ben did his best to help us.
Thanks for your visit. We're sorry about the inconvenience. Fortunately, we were able to replace the key fob battery before the trip start time and provided a spare battery just in case.
