This car is exactly as pictured, it is a little older and has a little wear but it was clean and drove well. We had no issues. I'm giving it a five-star review because of the host and him doing the right thing. This was a last minute rental due to my original rental canceling during my flight. I was charged a $90 delivery and pick up fee for the airport. It was quicker for me to Uber to the car due to it being a last minute reservation. At the time I did not realize that I had paid this convenience fee. Days later I looked at the receipt and realized I had paid for this even though I did not receive this service.. Turo was unwilling to reimburse this charge and left it up to the host. He had integrity and was willing to reimburse me the $45 for the initial drop off convenience and wave the backend $45 convenience fee if I left it at the original destination and not at the airport. For this reason I give this experience a 5 out of five
