Didn’t have a lockbox code, and the back rear gate struts were broken, and the trunk kept falling on me

First, I would like to apologize for forgetting to send you the lockbox code on time.
The rear door closing unexpectedly, there is actually nothing wrong with the vehicle.
For future reference, please make sure the key is not positioned too close to the rear of the vehicle when loading or unloading items. The sensor is quite sensitive and can interpret movement near the bumper as an intentional command to open the liftgate.
