Santi's BMW was perfect for our trip to Kennebunkport. It drove very smoothly; Santi keeps it very clean. He even put water, gum, and sanitizer in the vehicle for us. The size of the vehicle was perfect also as it is small enough to fit in the parking places that we visited. We drove the vehicle up the coast from Kennebunkport back to the airport in Portland; and it was great. We also loved the color; it made it so easy to always see/find when we would get back to the car--especially when most cars are black, white, or silver. Santi also did hand exchanges for the keys instead of leaving the keys in a lockbox. I modified the times for exchange a couple of times; and he was very responsive. We did not have to wait at all for the exchange. Definitely a 5-star recommendation! Thank you Santi!
