I knew the car was a 2017 but it was large and in the right location so I booked it. The host had an excellent rating. Stuff in the car was not perfect like phone charger was not operational so I bought a listable one no big deal but with a few days left the gas tank started leaking and cars were flagging g me down in the road. Way too many details to go through but the host told me to deal with Turo as he is the middle man. I explained I paid 10k to rent this and his business is called luxury rentals. He even asked me to get the car inspected, which I actually took the time to try and do. If your car had no issues I am sure he is fine, but I judge companies based upon how the react when there is an issue. Turo didn’t pick up the car til 1 am and kept me up all night when I called in the issue around 10am. Now I had to rent another car and I’m sure I will have to fight to get the unused days reimbursed.

The Cadillac Escalade was absolutely amazing for our trip into the city & out east. Plenty of room for everybody to fit comfortably in the SUV. The vehicle was very clean came with a full tank of gas. The host is absolutely amazing along with great communication! It was a pleasure doing business with him. Thank you
