My truck went down this week right before a short trip in Orlando. I was able to rent this on short notice and they conveniently dropped it off at my home. On the way back I had to push the end of my rental back an hour due to me being late. They approved the time change easily with no additional fees. It’s obvious they take really good care of their vehicles. Drives and rides very smoothly. Thank you both very much!

The pick up location was difficult to find, although the car itself was nice. Unfortunately, it did not come close to the advertise 330 mile range per charge. We had to stop and recharge shortly after leaving Tampa, which significantly disrupted our plans and prevented us from taking the vacation we had planned.

Thank you for the feedback Omar! We are sorry about the trouble finding the location of the car and are looking into other areas for pickup. As for the mileage, as the Tesla is used more the mileage decreases- I will be sure to update the correct amount of miles that it states when it is fully charged to 100%. Sorry that this disrupted your trip!
