The renting experience was easy and convenient, but the car was below my expectations. It ran well, but there are a few nitpicks I had that keep this from being a full 5 stars. There was a large crack in the bottom of the windshield that I didn't notice until sitting behind the wheel, and the driver side sideview mirror did not move up or down, only side to side. The resume button for the cruise control on the steering wheel was broken, and the sound system is either blown out or just poor quality. Lastly, the tint in the rear windshield is bubbling severely and visibility was impacted pretty bad, especially in the rain. Otherwise, this was a decent ride and got me where I needed to go.

I want to start off by saying thank you for letting me use your car for a rental but far as it goes, I’m gonna be honest I selected a Jeep as my rental and it was changed on me in the last 30 minutes before pick up on top of that there was damaged to the Windshield . all the seats had stains in them an the driver seat had a hole and to be honest I wanted to cancel because it wasn’t the car that I selected, but I took it anyway even my fiancé said they could’ve cleaned this car better.
