This was a good and reliable family vehicle and it got us our well awaited vacation and the host was excellent also I would rent again.

The host was very responsive and apologetic throughout the trip. The incorrect pickup location was due to a Turo system glitch, not the host, and he quickly delivered the vehicle to us and communicated every step of the way. The SUV was clean with the exception of a few standings on the seats, and drove very smoothly. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the stressful start to the trip caused by the app error, but the host handled the situation as professionally as possible. I would rent from him again.

Pick up and drop off were smooth. No mechanical issues or concerns. I would rent again. My only thought was the vehicle could have been prepared a little better; lots of hair from previous use and an awkward smell which was easily solved.
